    Legal Consequences of Having Meth

    Question:
If a person gets caught with crystal meth what are the possible consequences? What kind of penalties can you get if you get caught using the different kinds of crystal meth?

    Answer:
There is really no way to fully answer your questions. Many factors come into play when being caught with crystal meth in your possession. How much meth, is this a first offense, how did you get caught meaning were you selling, is the person on parole or on probation when caught. It also depends on how the officer decides to charge you. In the long run it's up to the Judge what actions would be taken if you're caught with crystal meth. Large amounts would entail incarceration I'm sure.
