    My Last Line

I have fought off her urges for the past two weeks. Man, how I miss her on those lonely nights, when she would suddenly disappear, leaving me with nothing but tweeks. But finally, I gave into her seductive ways, so quickly had she gotten me geeked out of my mind. And now, I keep telling myself that was my last line.

As I look into the cloudy mirror, I wonder off into a deep stare, and my mind begins to ponder on the thought of how quickly she left without a care, and how she could leave without a trace, then my mind suddenly returns and I jump startled at the reflection of my sunken face, and then I realized she is very enchanting and deceitful, making her the only one of her race.

As I still gaze down into my cloudy mirror, I hear her say, once again, in my mind, "If you snort me this last time, I promise to take you higher than any of the other times. I will take you far beyond the skyline." As her voice slowly fades away, from me doing the last line, I hear her far off voice say, "This will not be your last time!"

With the voices of her finally gone, my eyes slowly open, and are drawn back to the cloudy mirror, where he hears himself say proudly, to the fading memory of Crystal's enchanting and deceitful voice, "That was my last line!"
